  • We recommend you book any events at least 3 months in advance so that we can properly prepare for your serving size. However, if you event is less than 3 months away, please call or email us to see about our availability.

  • The amount of bartenders needed for an event may vary depending on the complexity of the event, but we typically provide 1 Bartender for every 100 guest for beer and wine bars and 1 Bartender per 50 guest for Cocktail or full service bars.

  • We staff bartenders for $350 per bartender with a 4 hours service time. All of our bartenders are ABC Licensed and come to your event equipped with bar tools, bar mats and other miscellaneous items to serve your crowd.

  • Once your event is finalized and booked we require a $500 or 50% booking fee to secure your event date and time. This fee is subtracted from your event balance and is only used to secure your spot on our calendar.

    Remaining payments are divided into 4 equal payments outlined on your invoice due before your event is scheduled to start.

    We will invoice you by email 3 days before each deposit is due where you can pay via card or bank transfer, however additional payment options can be discussed.

    Corporate event payments are split into 2 payments of equal parts. The first payment is due on booking and the second payment is due 1 month before your event is scheduled. If your event is less than 3 months away, the full amount is due on booking.

  • All events must be paid in full 1 week before your event is scheduled to start.

  • For corporate events, our cancellation policy is discussed on an individual basis. For Special events and weddings our cancellation policy is as follows.

    “All cancellations must be received in writing at least a week before the event start. Deposit refunds will not be given for cancellations requested less than a week before the event date.”

  • We do not offer cash bar services. We specialize in open bars and hosted bars to keep the atmosphere of luxury at our events! Who wants to pay for drinks during a celebration?
